PPM/GRANTS/FA (Project Portfolio Management, Grants, Fixed Assets) Consultant     Lead the implementation of Oracle PPM, Grants, and Fixed Assets modules.     Configure project costing, billing, and capital project processes.     Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions.     Perform system testing, defect resolution, and process improvements.     Provide training and end-user support.
