[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Role: Cloud Security Engineer Location:Dallas, TX Job Title: Cloud Security Engineer Please make sure the candiate have mentioned skills:( IaaS/PaaS Security), Information Security, cloud security, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, (Terraform, Ansible, Python) Responsibilities: Cloud Security Architecture & Design: Design and implement secure cloud architectures that align with industry best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., CIS benchmarks, SOC 2, GDPR). Develop and maintain security standards, policies, and procedures for cloud environments. Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools for cloud environments. CaaS Security (Container Security): Lead the security efforts for our containerized environments, focusing on runtime security, image scanning, and micro segmentation. Configure and manage Palo Alto Prisma Cloud to provide comprehensive security for our CaaS environment. This includes setting up policies for vulnerability management, compliance monitoring, and threat detection. Implement and enforce container security best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Automate container security tasks using infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines. IaaS/PaaS Security: Implement and manage security controls for IaaS and PaaS services, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, data encryption, and logging/monitoring. Perform regular security assessments and penetration testing of cloud environments. Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline. Security Operations & Incident Response: Monitor security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents. Participate in security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation. Develop and maintain incident response plans for cloud environments. Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards. Participate in security audits and assessments. Develop and maintain security documentation for cloud environments. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security. 3+ years of hands on experience securing cloud environments ( AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven experience with container security technologies and best practices. Strong expertise in Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, including configuration, policy management, and threat detection. Deep understanding of cloud security architectures and design principles. Experience with security automation tools and techniques (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Python scripting). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, or AWS Certified Security Experience with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline.
