The ideal candidate should have a strong background in .NET Core, Angular, and AWS, along with proven leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, defining architecture, ensuring best practices, and driving technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring high-quality coding and best practices. Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, Angular, and AWS. Drive end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security using cloud-native best practices on AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and DevOps engineers. Ensure high coding standards by implementing code reviews, design patterns, and best practices. Manage Agile development processes, sprint planning, and CI/CD pipelines. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and cloud services to continuously improve applications. Mandatory Skills: .NET Core (C#) Strong expertise in building microservices-based applications. Angular (Latest versions) Expertise in frontend development, responsive UI, and state management. AWS Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, SNS/SQS, IAM, CloudFormation, etc. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps best practices. Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices in web applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting complex production issues. Good to Have Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD. Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code (IaC). Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architecture. Exposure to AI/ML integrations and data engineering is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
