Please go through the JD Properly Position: Sr. Business Data Analyst Location: Oaks PA - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Need to present candidate local to PA. Duration: 12+ Contract with possible extension/conversion Interview: Video Visa: All Visa with Passport number Prime Vender: Nimble Tech End Client: SEI Investment Must have Financial Domain Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features aligned with business goals. Work with Product Manager to create and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with the strategic roadmap. Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for product features. Use data analysis to provide insights, validate feature performance, perform business validation and support data-driven development. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements. Profile Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, business analytics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment. Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, with knowledge of business process modeling. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools. Familiarity with financial accounting data. Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) is a plus.
