Qualifications: 6+ years of Business Analysis experience Experience working with Startup (or a relatively young, rapidly growing company) Experience focusing on Analyzing Data, Risk Assessment & Optimizing Processes Must have a high degree of flexibility and adaptability (as well as be capable & willing to think out of the box) Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management & company personnel .
