Proven experience in at least three large-scale enterprise system implementations. Strong ability to document and analyze business processes, functional requirements, and integration specifications. Expertise in data analysis, validation, cleaning, and mapping for system migration. Deep understanding of API integrations, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, ETL), and enterprise system connectivity. Hands-on experience working with Intellectual Property Management technologies (e.g., Wellspring, Inteum, Cayuse preferred). Familiarity with data governance, quality controls, and compliance standards. Strong proficiency in MS Visio and Jira for process documentation and issue tracking. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise project environments. Strong understanding of business process modeling, system integration, and data management best practices. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, MS Visio, and data analysis tools. Expert knowledge of large-scale business analysis and process reengineering methodologies.
