Architect, design, and implement Now Assist and AI Agent solutions to enhance customer experiences. Work closely with clients to assess business needs and translate them into ServiceNow AI-driven automation solutions. Develop best practices and roadmaps for ServiceNow Gen AI adoption. Provide technical leadership and mentor teams on ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver seamless integrations. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, compliance, and security standards. Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, customizations, and performance optimizations. Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide effective solutions. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow innovations and AI advancements. Required Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or minimum certification requirements to qualify for the CTA Program: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Two (2) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (preferably in ITSM, CSM, or other relevant areas). 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, with a strong emphasis on ITSM and CSM. Strong expertise in Now Assist, AI Agent, and ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities. Experience in architecting, designing, and deploying AI-driven automation solutions. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, integrations (REST, SOAP), and data modeling. Understanding of cloud-based architectures, APIs, and microservices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Search. Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Low-Code/No-Code solutions. Familiarity with third-party AI/ML platforms (e.g., OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
