The United Currency Bank is the underlying technology platform that powers the MileagePlus program, ensuring its seamless operation. The MP Operations team collaborates with the Digital Technology department to oversee UCBs functionality and to integrate new features as the program evolves. This team is instrumental in articulating business needs into comprehensive user stories, which then guide the development and testing teams towards successful implementation.
