Requirement gathering ,analysis design, coding and deployment Develop Call Flow/ Interactive Voice Response (IVR) in a Cisco UCCE environment. Code (using Java), test, debug, document and implement IVR applications. Perform testing and integration of IVR application components. Develop unit test cases and perform unit testing to validate application components.
