Experience in AI/ML: Candidates with some experience in exposure to AI/ML-based product development. {Preferred} Experience in organizations with strong product management cultures, showcasing their ability to collaborate across teams, adopt best practices, and drive a product-first mindset. Experience in Medium to Large Organizations: Candidates should have experience working in medium to large organizations and be familiar with the complexity and unique challenges of such environments. Analytical and Technical Aptitude: A strong foundation in analyzing data and applying insights to product decisions, with a bonus for technical acumen that supports work in AI/ML environments.
