Cannot ramble off technologies but actually explain what they did and the biz impact Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 10 years of professional Java development experience. Strong expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or similar. Experience in event-driven and distributed system design. Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.). Proficiency in multi-threading, concurrency, and performance tuning. Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in financial services, particularly Securities Services or Custody. Knowledge of workflow engines and business process automation.
