Job Title: Enterprise Architecture

 Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Strategy & Problem Resolution:
Lead and guide the development of cross-program and cross-project architecture strategies and solutions.
Address and resolve complex architectural challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
Consulting and Business Process Design:
Provide expert consultation in business process analysis, design, and improvement.
Advise on service delivery strategies, especially focusing on the effective use of information, emerging trends, and industry directions.
Project Oversight & Compliance:
Serve as the auditor for various projects and programs, ensuring they conform to architectural guidelines and best practices.
Ensure compliance with established architecture standards and frameworks during development and implementation.
Voice of the Customer:
Represent the needs and expectations of the customer during the development phase of projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements and customer expectations are met through effective architectural design.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards.
Communicate architectural vision and strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Proven experience in architecture roles, particularly in overseeing complex, cross-functional development projects.
Strong experience with business process analysis, design, and service delivery in an enterprise environment.
Experience with large-scale system architecture, cloud solutions, and enterprise-level technologies.

Technical Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modern architecture approaches.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Expertise in cloud computing, data architecture, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse teams and external partners.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess and resolve complex architectural issues.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Customer-Centric Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to understand and represent customer needs, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations.Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Certifications:
TOGAF certification or other relevant enterprise architecture certifications.
Industry Experience:
Experience in [specific industry or sector], including familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies.
