From: Dolly Rawat, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Lawson Analyst (Data Conversion) Location: Remote (PST hours) Duration: 6 months (with potential to convert to FTE) Job Overview: We are seeking a Lawson Analyst to assist in a multi-year ERP migration from Lawson to Workday, with a focus on the payroll module integrated with ADP. This is a techno-functional role requiring expertise in data conversion, configuration, and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead data conversion efforts for payroll and other modules. Collaborate with the System Integrator (SI) on migration strategies. Configure and optimize Lawson ERP modules. Work with payroll, HR, and finance teams to ensure smooth integration. Troubleshoot and resolve data conversion and system issues. Support testing, validation, and documentation of processes. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Lawson ERP experience in a techno-functional role. Strong expertise in data conversion, ETL, and payroll systems (ADP integration). Hands-on experience with Lawson configuration and process automation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Infor CloudSuite or other ERP migration projects. Knowledge of SQL, scripting, and data mapping. Experience with long-term ERP transformations. Additional Requirements: Must be in PST time zone and have healthcare experience. Active LinkedIn profile with at least two references. 30-minute video screening required.
