Work on the Veeva CRM and Veeva Align to meet customer needs and enhance the CRM functionality. Coordinate with the Customer, Product, and Operations teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Ensure smooth integration of Veeva CRM with third-party systems, maintaining data integrity and system performance. Monitor and optimize the integration data flow within Veeva CRM to ensure efficient data handling. Participate in the design, coding, testing, and deployment of Veeva CRM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Veeva CRM and Vault platforms. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Veeva CRM applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications for reference and knowledge sharing. Essential Skills: Hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and Veeva Align. Strong knowledge of the Veeva Vault CRM platform. Deep understanding of Veeva Integration data flow. Proven experience in collaborating with Customer, Product, and Operations teams to deliver solutions. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to develop scalable, efficient, and high-performance solutions within the Veeva ecosystem. Desirable Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault integration and enhancements. Familiarity with additional Veeva products or tools. Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other enterprise applications. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
