From: Manish Kumar, scalable [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: SAP Ariba SCC Consultant Location: North Hanover, NJ (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: SAP Ariba SCC Implementation: Lead full lifecycle SAP Ariba SCC implementations, from design through to deployment and support. Provide expert guidance on supply chain collaboration solutions, including PO collaboration, forecast collaboration, subcontracting collaboration, and supplier-managed inventory. Configure and manage SAP Ariba Commerce Automation to optimize supply chain processes and ensure seamless integration with business systems. Technical Configuration & Integration: Use Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) for system integration and manage custom field mappings. Work with integration touchpoints including purchase order, goods receipt, invoice, and master data. Troubleshoot data integration issues and resolve technical-functional support issues related to SAP Ariba. Order Confirmation & Workflow: Provide expertise in the order confirmation process and deviation workflows within Ariba SCC. Ensure effective implementation and management of workflows, ensuring business processes are followed for order confirmations and deviations. Business Analysis & Technical Solution Design: Conduct business analysis to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical solution design, ensuring Ariba SCC is properly integrated with existing business systems. Work closely with vendor management teams to ensure alignment of Ariba implementations with business goals. Testing & Change Management: Oversee the testing phase, ensuring the solutions meet business needs and requirements. Provide insights on change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of Ariba SCC solutions within the organization. Support & Troubleshooting: Handle technical support issues, providing troubleshooting expertise related to SAP Ariba solutions and integrations. Ensure the system is running optimally by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5-10 years of SAP Ariba SCC experience, including expertise in Supply Chain Collaboration sub-modules. Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP Ariba SCC implementations. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Commerce Automation and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG). Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of order confirmation processes, deviation workflows, and integration touchpoints (PO, goods receipt, invoice, and master data). In-depth knowledge of CIG, custom field mapping, and data integration within Ariba SCC. Proficient in troubleshooting data issues and providing technical-functional support. Business & Vendor Management: Solid expertise in business analysis, technical solution design, and vendor management. Excellent understanding of change management processes and ability to guide teams through transitions. Communication & Coordination: Ability to work with business stakeholders, product teams, and vendors to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Desirable Skills: Additional Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP ERP and its integration with SAP Ariba SCC. Experience in handling supply chain collaboration solutions and managing end-to-end integration processes. Certifications: SAP Ariba certifications or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
