The role is a 6-month contract-to-hire position. Represent will work Responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning components, ensuring seamless front-end development and API integrations. Collaborate with business teams and product managers to define and develop requirements for Salesforce solutions. Support and maintain a 15-year-old internal Salesforce system, ensuring system reliability and stability. Assist in the implementation of AgentForce and Knowledge Base, working alongside senior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical issues with a high level of autonomy. Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment to deliver business-driven solutions. For the Testing/QA-focused role, perform manual testing and integration testing to ensure system stability and performance. Qualifications 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience. Expertise in Salesforce Lightning development. Experience with front-end development and API integration. Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities. For the Testing/QA-focused role, experience in manual testing and integration testing. Preferred: Experience maintaining and upgrading legacy Salesforce systems. Preferred: Salesforce Trailhead certifications. Preferred: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
