This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business processes, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and optimization of EPM applications. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead full-cycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, customizing applications to meet specific client requirements. Intelligent Performance Management (IPM): Utilize IPM features to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities. System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, implementing enhancements and ensuring the reliability and scalability of EPM solutions. Training & Support: Develop and deliver end-user training, create comprehensive documentation, and provide ongoing support to address user issues and system improvements. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Professional Experience: Several years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, with a strong emphasis on Intelligent Performance Management. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including modules like EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service). Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications: Certifications: Oracle Cloud certifications related to EPM applications. Technical Skills: Experience with data integration tools, scripting (e.g., UNIX scripting), and automation within the Oracle EPM environment. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
