Please find the job details below: Job Title: Genesys WDE Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract We need a strong hands-on Genesys WDE ( workspace desktop edition Agent portal software) engineer for this position. Someone who works on WDE as part of their daily job function and is very thorough with installation of WDE on a large-scale agent group portals and is able to debug and resolve day to day issues. Job Responsibilities: A Genesys WDE Engineer responsible for maintaining, and troubleshooting the Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) platform. Ensuring the flow of information to portals through WDE. Support during end-to-end calls related to platform changes/upgrades. Managing the transfer of calls from Voice ID CCP to non-Voice ID CCP. Troubleshooting issues with portals, including handling support differently, caller type switches, and multiple enrollments in the same call in the US and UK, as well as CSP dial issues.
