Key Responsibilities: Development and Engineering: Develop and maintain Linux-based desktop applications. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new features. Engage in some administrative operations related to the systems built by the team. Resource Management: Manage resources effectively to ensure project timelines are met. Provide mentorship and collaborate with team members to enhance their development skills. DevOps and Automation: Focus on automation and flexibility within the development process. Utilize tools such as Ansible, Packer, Python, and TerraForm to streamline operations. Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with peers and leaders, demonstrating openness to feedback and a continuous learning mindset. Participate in multiple rounds of interviews and vetting by vendors and HR to ensure the best fit for the team. Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong experience with Linux development and Citrix. Proficiency in Ansible and Python. Knowledge of Kerberos authentication. Familiarity with Azure or AWS is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Interview Process: The interview process involves multiple rounds, including 2-3 interviews.
