Role: Scrum master with PI planning Work location: Waltham ,MA JOB DESCRIPTION: Scrum Master requirements: Servant leader that helps the team self-organize Coach teams on Agile practices Remove impediments Facilitate PI Planning Maintain PI Planning templates Maintain Jira Align data PI Activities o Understands Agility & enforces processes at Team level o Assists Product Owner Helps develop and maintain the Product Backlog Facilitates collaboration between team members and the Product owner as necessary o Removes impediments to progress Surface and remove impediments for the Team and Product Owner Frees up Team to focus on building valuable product increments Scrum Activities o Facilitates process meetings, including Daily Standup, Team Planning, Team Demo, Team Retrospective Team size 5-9 developers per scrum master o May be asked to work across 1-2 teams Qualifications: CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certified SAFe certified Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master Preference for eastern / central time zones; mountain or pacific OK for the right candidate if they can work EST hours Ability to travel quarterly to attend PI Planning -- Keywords: information technology Massachusetts Scrum master with PI planning [email protected] |
