Application/Productions Support (6820) TITLE: Programmer/Analyst: III (Senior) Location: Columbus, OH-Hybrid Teams Interview Hybrid position 4-6 months Contract-to-hire Only USC/GC (Only consultants willing to provide PPno. /i94 ,resume will be considered) Main key Skill: 1. Software deployment processes 2. Release Management Note: Hybrid role ( Thursday alone 4pm to 2am shift) 4x10hours shift with Thursday night shift remote. can take rest of days off. Shift timings Monday to Wednesday: 10 hours shift 8 AM to 5 PM EST - onsite Thursday Night shift timing 4 PM to 2 AM EST remote Friday - OFF JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues within the Banks Home Lending System. Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring availability and reliability. Process and prepare code packages for deployment throughout our environments. Manage the release lifecycle process, preparing for and completing the required deployments. Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and solutions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of server environments, particularly IIS and application services. Experience with software deployment processes and release management. Proficiency in file organization, data tracking, and maintaining detailed records. Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Ability to read and interpret server logs for troubleshooting. Experience with Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Familiarity with Windows Servers and enterprise-level infrastructure. Understanding of process automation and workflow optimization. Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts for scheduled releases.
