The ideal candidate will have expertise in GCP DevOps Engineering and will work in a hybrid model. This role involves analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integration of DevOps practices. Responsibilities : Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to develop effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical capabilities. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Implement and manage GCP DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes. Monitor and evaluate the performance of DevOps tools and methodologies to ensure continuous improvement. Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of project goals. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps engineering. Provide training and support to team members on DevOps tools and practices. Qualifications Possess a strong background in GCP DevOps Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Demonstrate expertise in implementing and managing DevOps practices in a hybrid work model. Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. Show proficiency in using DevOps tools and methodologies to optimize development processes. Have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Display strong communication skills to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in DevOps engineering. Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor team members in adopting DevOps practices. Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
