No H1B Job Title: TPM Networking Location: 3 days onsite at Mountain View CA (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract W2/C2C We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Networking to lead and drive large-scale network infrastructure deployments, operations, and optimizations. This role requires strong technical expertise in networking, deep understanding of fiber-optic networks, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of networking programs. Key Responsibilities: Manage large-scale networking projects, including the design, deployment, and expansion of fiber-optic networks. Develop and track program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects align with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network Engineers, Operations, Field Teams, Product, and Finance) to drive technical solutions and resolve roadblocks. Oversee the deployment of network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of client services. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure network reliability and service delivery effectiveness. Work closely with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to align expectations, negotiate contracts, and ensure project success. Lead risk management and mitigation strategies, proactively identifying potential issues and ensuring business continuity. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and milestones. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with a focus on networking, fiber-optic networks, or telecommunications. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and SDN/NFV technologies. Experience working with fiber network deployment, network planning, and infrastructure rollout. Ability to drive multiple complex projects in an agile, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams. Experience with cloud networking, automation tools, and DevOps methodologies is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in telecom, ISP, or large-scale fiber network providers. Knowledge of network security principles and experience with automation frameworks for network operations. Understanding of Google Cloud, AWS, or other cloud networking environments. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
