Job Title: Business Systems Analyst with QMS Job Location: US Remote Job Duration: Contract Note: Semiconductor/Automotive domain experience required. Job Description: We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ideally with experience using ETQ, AssurX, or ComplianceQuest to join our team. The successful candidate will work within the Automotive and/or Semiconductor industries to enhance our quality management processes, ensuring that systems and solutions are aligned with regulatory standards and business needs. Collaborate with key stakeholders (engineering, quality, operations, IT teams) to gather and document business requirements related to quality management systems. Lead QMS system implementation and optimization efforts, with hands-on experience in ETQ, AssurX, or ComplianceQuest platforms. Analyze and optimize quality management processes to ensure seamless integration with other business systems (e.g., ERP, PLM). Develop, document, and prioritize system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, SEMI). Configure and support the implementation of ETQ, AssurX, or ComplianceQuest to meet business needs and enhance system functionality. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure all new and existing features meet business and compliance requirements. Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of QMS solutions across all relevant teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality management, leveraging data analytics and KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities for process enhancements. Collaborate with external vendors or consultants for system integrations or support, ensuring the alignment of external solutions with internal business requirements.
