Job Title: Sr. Project Manager with PMP Location: On-Site in Midlothian, VA- Need local Candidates Job description The incumbent is responsible for leading cloud hosted SaaS projects and business change management that focus on leveraging modern technology to improve public safety and customer services statewide. Most projects have a high degree of complexity. In addition, the incumbent will: Perform project planning. Lead project teams. Create and manage project budgets. Manage project scope. Identify project risks and risk mitigation strategies. Lead requirements documentation. Manage relationships and coordinate with interface partners, suppliers and technical staff. Lead business change management, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance. Coordinate changes to network infrastructures in partnership with technical staff. Coordinate the deployment of equipment used by SaaS applications. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience managing large projects and PMP certification. Proven leadership skills. Advanced computer skills are required that align with the Job Description. Strong decision-making and strong analytical skills. Ability to create and manage project schedules. Experience leading organizational change management. Good verbal and written communication skills.
