Tax reporting NOT TAX STATEMENT LIKE W2/1099. ============================================================================= Role: Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant Job Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) We require someone who has actively participated in projects related to North America payroll, specifically as an Oracle HCM Clouds functional resource. Worked on North America Payroll Worked in different phases of the project like Payroll Parallel testing, cutover activities, Go-Live, and Postproduction Support. Designed the Entry and Exit criteria for all the payroll parallel runs. Helped the payroll users in processing the Weekly and Biweekly payrolls for the US and Canada. Worked with the payroll users in resolving the payroll processing errors and any new enhancements. Worked on various load files like Unions, Ben Admin, 401K Savings and Loan files using HDL and HSDL. Worked on Balance Adjustments, Balance Dimensions, Feeds, and year-end activities for both the US and Canada. Worked on Monthly, Periodic, and Quarterly Tax Filing with ADP ============================================================================= Role: SAP S4 Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) Consultant - Job Location: Onsite/ Hybrid in Dallas, TX S4 Variant Configuration Implementation experience required. Prefer Advanced VC experience Design VC Strong communication skills and ability to work direct with business users. Should have handled OTC on Implementation and Rollout projects Configure Variant Configurations in SAP OTC S4 project implementation experience Understands various scenarios in OTC cycle such as dealer sales, retail sales, cash sales, Incentives etc Configure Sales areas and distribution channel Implement S4 HANA SD best Practices and ability to co-ordinate and interact with multiple teams Well versed with pricing and procedures and expert in Variant configuration in SD Provide deep SAP functional expertise in the given process area, as well as demonstrated knowledge of key integration points across SAP modules and technical components.
