Job Title: SAP Integration Specialist Location: Remote Type: Contract to Hire Rate: $55/hr C2C Visa: USC and GC only About the Role We are seeking an SAP Integration Specialist to manage ERP interface maintenance and integration support. This role will serve as a lead SME, ensuring high-quality deliverables and superior customer satisfaction. You will interact with clients, development partners, and internal teams to troubleshoot and enhance SAP integrations. Key Responsibilities Provide expertise in SAP ECC (FI, MM, SD, CRM) and ERP integrations. Support XML, JSON, REST API transmissions and use tools like SoapUI and Postman. Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and log retrieval in a multi-connector environment. Ensure seamless tax calculation integration across ERP, eCommerce, and CRM systems. Manage defect tracking (JIRA), escalation processes, and client communications. Develop internal documentation, training materials, and process improvements. Keep up-to-date with SAP releases, workflows, and emerging technologies. Participate in triage meetings and be available for on-call support as needed. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years in SAP ERP interface development & integration. Strong technical expertise in SAP ECC modules (FI, MM, SD, CRM). Proficiency in XML, JSON, API integrations, and transaction processing. Hands-on experience with log analysis, defect tracking, and debugging. Knowledge of tax calculations (Sales, Use Tax, VAT) and financial transactions. Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with SQL and understanding of ERP architecture is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP CRM, SRM, and SAP workflow. Knowledge of SAP roadmap and emerging technologies.
