Job Description - Role & Responsibilities: As the Traceability Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the design workshops and collaborating with stakeholders to define and optimize the traceability solution. Your primary responsibilities will include: Functional Leadership: Lead traceability solution design workshops, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Act as the proxy product owner, making key functional and technical decisions. Define, document, and communicate functional specifications. SAP Expertise & System Design: Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and/or eWM (Extended Warehouse Management). Evaluate the impact of traceability solutions on SAP ECC, recommending necessary changes. Collaborate with SAP technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand traceability requirements. Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication. Facilitate discussions with supply chain, logistics, and IT teams to streamline processes. Solution Implementation & Support: Guide the team through the traceability solution implementation process. Identify and resolve any design gaps or challenges. Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Functional Lead in SAP-related projects, particularly in MM, SD, and/or eWM modules. Strong understanding of traceability solutions in the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Ability to lead design workshops and act as a proxy product owner. Experience with SAP ECC enhancements related to supply chain traceability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
