Stays current on industry best practices, trends, tools, and techniques. Builds solid relationships with all project stakeholder. At least 2-4 years of prior experience working as a Senior Business Analyst role in a large Project/Program with capability to run smaller projects/programs within those independently, working with a team of BAs and guiding them. IIBA Certification required. PO/PM Certification. Experience with Agile Business Analysis. Self-driven and eager to learn. Understanding of SAFe methodology. Experience with user story/use case creation. Ability to facilitate requirements through prototyping, wireframes as needed. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Requirements Management. Project or Program management expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience.
