Position: QA Lead Location: Newark NJ Hybrid : 3 days from office Duration: 2 years Exp level: 10-12 yrs Must have: Aladdin, or CRD (Charles River) Required Skills & Qualifications: 10-12 years of experience in QA testing for financial services, asset management, or investment banking. Must have hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin or Charles River Development (CRD). Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, order management, portfolio accounting, and risk management. Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks). Proficiency in SQL for data validation and query testing. Hands-on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar defect tracking tools. Strong understanding of API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI). Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in CI/CD pipelines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
