The last couple of years must be with SAP S/4. At least 1 full-cycle SAP EWM implementation project experience, from blueprinting to go-live. In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities such as warehouse structure, process types, handling units, stock removal and placement strategies, wave management, labor management, yard management, etc. Proficient in SAP EWM-Material Flow System (MFS) and EWM integration with external systems. Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules like SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM. Hands-on experience with RF technology, barcode systems, and automation solutions related to warehouse operations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. SAP EWM certification (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to lead workshops, conduct training, and provide post-go-live support. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies in project management.
