Proven experience deploying, managing and supporting Dynatrace environments. Demonstrable knowledge of Dynatrace architecture and best practices. Experience creating and managing management zones and network zones Expertise in deployment and troubleshooting of the One Agent and Active Gates Experience with Extensions for both the One Agent and Active Gates The ability to engage customers and stakeholders in a collaborative and consultative manner At least 4 years of experience delivering technical consulting involving performance data analysis across applications, system and networks. Experience with data presentation via charts and dashboards Ability to assess platform owners situation, business needs, complex problems, and provide expert recommendations in the areas of application, infrastructure and digital experience management that Dynatrace supports.
