From: Rohit, Msys Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Application Architect - Onsite - Baton Rouge, LA, USA Location: Baton Rouge, LA, USA Length: Long term Restriction: W2 or C2C Send resumes to : [email protected] Description: Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years *** *** Onsite *** need 3 references The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Review current technology (hardware and software) used for managing agency records and recommend any changes needed taddress inefficiencies, maintenance issues, scalability, recoverability, and security risk including: Agency scanning capability Document repository and indexing Identify all methods of document creation and acquisition Integration of other systems Searching, retrieving and sharing records both internal and external Tracking document lifecycle for both electronic and physical records Participate in all data gathering sessions Provide a gap analysis of current technology tfuture needs Estimate cost and effort of future state. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: 10 or more years experience with Software Engineering Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 5 or more years experience with document management development including scanning, indexing, storage and disposition of records Knowledge of document management systems, experience with data entry, file organization, and familiarity with relevant compliance regulations, Implementation of custom API processes Support of document capture software Kofax Capture, IBM DataCap or similar ECRM implementation experience Hyland OnBase, IBM FileNet, Oracle, MS SharePoint or other Strong analytical skills tidentify current technology use and effectively recommend alternative solutions Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Experience with state government records management programs is a plus Experience with Office of Technology (OTS) Enterprise Architecture is desired.
