Position: NextGen Application Analyst Location: 100% Remote Contract: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking NextGen Application Analysts for a time-sensitive project requiring immediate support. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in NextGen applications, particularly File Maintenance and Enterprise Practice Management (EPM). This role focuses on break/fix support, ticket resolution, building, testing, and onboarding new clinics and providers. Key Responsibilities: Provide break/fix support and resolve technical issues related to NextGen applications. Manage ticket resolution efficiently to ensure smooth system operations. Configure and maintain File Maintenance and EPM modules in NextGen. Assist in adding new clinics and providers within the system. Conduct system builds and testing to ensure application integrity. Maintain strong attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure data accuracy. Requirements: Proven experience working with NextGen applications, especially File Maintenance and EPM. Hands-on experience with break/fix support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Ability to build and test NextGen configurations effectively. Previous experience in adding new clinics and providers in a healthcare setting. Must have own equipment (computer/laptop) to perform job duties. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
