Jr. Business Analyst (Service NOW) 5+ years Visa Accepted: USC or GC Rate: $40/hr Duration: 6 Months+ Mode of Interview: Skype Job Type (Hybrid/Onsite/Remote): Hybrid (Onsite 3 Days/Week) Location: Miami, FL (Local Candidates Only) Job Summary: Jr. Business Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience using ServiceNow. This role involves designing and implementing new ServiceNow processes, specifically within the ITIL framework, as well as collaborating with internal and external teams during the IT service transition. Detailed JD: Responsibilities: Work onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Assist in standing up a new ServiceNow instance and redesigning all processes. Navigate the current ServiceNow instance to pull data for review, analysis, and process improvement. Manage and create new ServiceNow processes to support ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework. Track the implementation and execution of new ServiceNow processes. Coordinate and communicate with both internal and external teams during the IT service transition process. Ensure proper set up and approval processes in ServiceNow security profiles, as well as support onboarding for users. Utilize business process mapping experience to manage the transition of infrastructure support from one vendor to another. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including data extraction and process design. 5+ years of experience in business process mapping to optimize workflows and processes. 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow security profiles, setup, approval processes, and onboarding. Experience in ITIL processes and their implementation using ServiceNow. Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with both internal and external teams during transitions. Ability to manage and track process creation and implementation effectively. Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite 3 days a week). Location Requirement: Must reside in South Florida, as the role requires onsite presence in Miami.
