Experience with Oracle Redwood UX is a plus. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications and leveraging low-code solutions for UI/UX enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Oracle HCM Cloud Development & Support: Design and maintain solutions for Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Recruiting. Customize using Application Composer, Page Composer, and VBS. VBS Development: Build custom applications, integrations, and low-code solutions to enhance Oracle HCM functionality. Integration & Automation: Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and automate HR processes with web services and BI Publisher. Security & Compliance: Ensure security best practices, RBAC, and compliance with HR and payroll data standards. Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to configurations, performance, and security. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field. Experience: 7+ years with Oracle Fusion HCM, 3+ years with Oracle VBS. Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM data model, Fast Formulas, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs. Reason for Role: United Regional needs 2 Senior Technical Analysts to address technical gaps in their Oracle Fusion system, assisting in heavy lifting and coordination for smoother operations.
