The Program Manager will be responsible for planning out a cloud migration roadmap. Will be responsible for overseeing a collection of technical debt projects and efforts that make up a program for modernization including desktop upgrades, network upgrade, ACD and PBX upgrade, Net platform upgrade, vulnerability remediation, cloud migration and SCC technical upgrades.
