Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (Remote) Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the technical performance of our applications. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless, responsive user interfaces. Build reusable, testable, and efficient code. Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement data storage solutions (databases, cloud services, etc.). Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality output. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate in an agile environment with product managers, designers, and other developers. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure project timelines are met. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar full-stack development role. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features. Experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.). Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and callbacks, promises, and async/await. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with GraphQL. Experience with serverless architectures. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
