Extensive knowledge and experience of Performance monitoring tool - Dynatrace 2. Work with dev, platform engineering to finalize business KPI's logic for Observability Pilot, recommendations, solutions & establish success criteria. 3. Execute business observability pilot for any identified critical user journeys. 4. Derive implementation roadmap with milestones & continuous improvement opportunities. 5. Present the solutions to customer Leadership team, articulate the recommendations and the need to implement them to improve the reliability of Applications. 6. Set up a guard rails to ensure that the existing monitoring problems are addressed by working along with the platform owners. 7. Leverage CoEs to bring new solutions, thought leadership, opportunities to increase reliability of the applications. 8. Share standards & best practices and experiences from similar engagements. 9. Create a strong governance for each workstream, ensure the execution is as per expectations. 10. Participate in Weekly/Monthly stakeholders meeting. 11. Excellent Soft Skills 12. Good programming experience with any program languages at least 3 years. 13.
