This role will play a key part in designing seamless user experiences for complex, highly automated systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interaction design, prototyping, and user-centered design principles, with experience beyond traditional web and mobile applicationssuch as automotive, in-vehicle displays, or industrial equipment interfaces. This is an onsite role that requires a strong portfolio demonstrating UX design capabilities, including prototypes and wireframes. Key Responsibilities: Lead UX design efforts for in-vehicle interfaces and highly automated systems, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences. Develop task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for both new and existing products. Apply User-Centered Design (UCD) principles to create elegant solutions that improve usability and system efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and development teams to implement UX strategies. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to refine designs based on real user feedback. Advocate for UX best practices and champion the user experience throughout the product lifecycle. Mentor and guide junior UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
