Job Title: Project Manager Location: Chesterfield, VA- Onsite Must have local to Chesterfield, VA Must have LinkedIn. The person selected for this position will work full-time onsite. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding state holidays. Responsibilities: Perform project planning. Lead project teams. Create and manage project budgets. Manage project scope. Identify project risks and risk mitigation strategies. Requirements regarding documentation. Manage relationships and coordinate with interface partners, suppliers and VSP technical staff. Lead business change management, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance. Coordinate changes to network infrastructures in partnership with technical staff. Coordinate the deployment of equipment used by SaaS applications. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Project manager of record on a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth project of million or more, or completion of non-COV project with a value greater than million. Experience managing large projects and PMP certification. Proven leadership skills. Advanced computer skills are required that aligns with the Job Description. Strong decision-making and strong analytical skills. Ability to create and manage project schedules. Experience leading organizational change management. Good verbal and written communication skills.
