Extensive experience implementing Oracle Project Costing and Oracle Grants Accounting in Oracles E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft within public sector is strongly desired. Understanding of leading business practices for project and grant accounting within the public sector is preferred. A clear understanding of how Projects and Grants interfaces with the General Ledger (GL) via sub-ledger accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Fixed Asset, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules is required. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work closely with a client in gathering requirements, documenting gaps between system functionality and client expectations, and crafting appropriate solution to close the documented gap Thanks & regards!
