Our clients team needs help stabilizing their Workday GL build/test and develop/test related reports so they can move forward with their Workday Adaptive (Forecasting and Planning module) implementation. What they need: Workday Finance Generalist. This resource would complement the current "sustainment team", what they call their post live support team. A true understanding of the GL, related business processes, etc . Because they are a generalist, the best resource should also have a good handle on reporting. The ideal resource also should be able to understand how this will all integrate with Workday Adaptive to ensure they're setting this next-up project for success. An absolute must is healthcare experience in a hospital setting. We need someone who understands how a hospital works and, integration requirements with Epic. Also, the initial travel will look something like this: Week One: On-site Monday Thursday. Remote on Friday. Week Two: On-site Monday Thursday. Remote on Friday. Week Three: Remote Week Four: On-site Monday Thursday. Remote on Friday. Week Five: On-site Monday Thursday. Remote on Friday. Week Six: Evaluate where things are and agree on move forward schedule. To help control costs, I would propose at this point one week on-site and three weeks remote is reasonable at this point in the engagement.
