Key Responsibilities: OpenShift Deployment & Optimization: Architect and implement Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 (OCP 4) across enterprise environments. Application Support: Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot container-related issues, drive root cause analysis, and develop solutions. Infrastructure & Application Discussions: Serve as a strategic consultant in both OpenShift infrastructure and application architecture discussions. Performance & Reliability: Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of containerized applications on OpenShift. DevOps & CI/CD Integration: Work alongside DevOps teams to improve Kubernetes-based workflows, automation, and continuous deployment strategies. Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to client teams on OpenShift best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Senior-level expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP 4), including deployment and troubleshooting. Experience working with application teams to resolve container-related issues and enhance performance. Strong Kubernetes and containerization knowledge, with the ability to guide both infrastructure and application teams. Linux systems administration experience in a cloud-native environment. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing consulting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or OpenShift Application Development. Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud OpenShift deployments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Prior experience in consulting or professional services within an enterprise environment.
