Oracle Financial Techno/Functional Lead Programmer Visa Accepted: NO H1 and CPT Duration: 12+ Months Mode of Interview: MS Teams Interview for Non-Local candidates & In-Person interview for Local candidates Job Type (Hybrid/Onsite/Remote): Hybrid Location: Jamesburg, NJ We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Techno/Functional Lead Programmer to drive the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Financial systems and solutions, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and improving financial operations efficiency. Detailed JD: Objectives of the Role: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Financial systems and solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve financial operations and efficiency. Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality. Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture and technical processes. Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across business units (e.g., Business Operations, Customer Service, Sales & Finance) to develop analysis and documentation collaboratively. Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously, maintaining systems processes and delivering monthly status reports. Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements. Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems. Develop lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and address questions and concerns with supporting research and recommendations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience in ERP Financials (Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit Collections, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, and General Ledger). Must have experience in Accounting (Revenue, Cost, and Deferral). Preferred experience with ERP systems processes, specifically in Finance/Supply Chain Logistics. High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; above-average skills in SQL & PL/SQL. Accounting foundation knowledge to understand business processes and interpret reports. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and other relevant Microsoft applications. Proven ability to manage projects and user testing. Extensive experience with data visualization. Ability to simplify complex business problems and divide them into manageable parts. Strong business analysis skills and ability to collaborate in-person and in virtual environments. Ability to document and present problems and solutions. 5+ years of prior business process design experience, focusing on process improvement. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
