Strong understanding of data ingestion/transmission protocols (APIs, SMTP, SFTP, etc.). Familiarity with e-communications regulatory compliance and archiving practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Experience with Process documentation. Experience with audit, risk and controls. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that support data ingestion and transmission. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize API integrations, SMTP, SFTP, and other transmission protocols. Ensure compliance with e-communications regulatory requirements by implementing appropriate archiving solutions. Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of infrastructure services. Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and improve infrastructure processes. Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Provide support and technical expertise in using ServiceNow for incident management and service requests. It would be great if you also had: Exposure to Regulatory technologies: Smarsh \\ Vantage \\ Connected Capture, ZL, ThetaLake Banking and Financial domain experience.
