Works with little or no supervision on projects of moderate to high complexity and independently on projects of low to moderate complexity. Serves as liaison between our Business Development, Development and Quality Assurance teams. Serves as the primary technical contact with carrier partners and certification teams. Contributes to the identification of solutions, elicitation and development of business and functional requirements that meet the needs of the business in a date driven business and application development environment. Required Skills: Billing Experience. At least 2-4 years of prior experience working as a Senior Business Analyst role in a large Project/Program with capability to run smaller projects/programs within those independently, working with a team of BAs and guiding them. Builds solid relationships with all project stakeholders. Highly experienced in Requirements elicitation and documentation analysis Hands-on experience with Software Development tools Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other documentation tools Experience with Azure Dev OPS/ADO-TFS, Visio, eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings. Knowledge of (Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel) IIBA Certification Required PO/PM Certification Experience with Agile Business Analysis Understanding of SAFe methodology Experience with user story/use case creation Ability to facilitate requirements through prototyping, wireframes as needed.
