In this role, you will design intuitive and seamless native mobile experiences for our consumer-facing iOS and Android applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver user-centric designs that align with business goals. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mobile UX design, be able to support and articulate design decisions confidently, and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring that the end-user experience is seamless, efficient, and delightful. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging and user-friendly mobile experiences for iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Present and justify design solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead design reviews and iterate on feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Contribute to a design system and maintain design consistency across platforms. Work independently and take ownership of projects, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team dynamic. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile applications (iOS/Android). Strong portfolio showcasing mobile UX/UI design and user-centered design processes. Expertise in Figma and Azure DevOps software. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for design decisions. Bachelor's in relevant design discipline (e.g., Interaction Design, Human Computer Interface, User Experience Design), or equivalent work experience.
