The consultant should be able to: Create a Testing Strategy aligned with Oracles recommendations Lead UAT Testing across different phases Review and execute test scripts Test individual modules (starting with FIN, then moving to HCM and others) Provide testing output reports and walk the client through results Engage in scoping discussions to refine the testing plan, resource needs, cost estimates, and timelines Ideal Candidate: Experienced Oracle Test Lead/Test Manager with hands-on testing expertise Strong background in developing and managing testing strategies Experience with Oracle Applications (FIN required, HCM a plus) Ability to communicate effectively, make recommendations, and challenge the implementation partner if needed Comfortable leading all phases of testing We need a Test Lead who can develop a high-level project plan to present to the client, covering: Testing strategy and scope Required resources Estimated costs Timelines Thanks and Regards.
