Takes Initiative. Good communication Skills. Data Modeling experience, source to target mapping experience, understands data lineage, has been involved with data governance would be a plus. Master Data Management is important. Health Insurance Company Experience Desired. Would consider someone VERY strong Data expertise and solid experience in another field like Banking. Local to MN or Madison strongly preferred, ETL used is Informatica, strong QA/DA exp w/Informatica within a large/enterprise Data Environment is key. Health Care exp. Strong SQL skills. Snow Flake is a plus Need a Data Analyst that has/can/will do QA duties along with DA duties. QA Analyst with strong SQL skills and understanding of data. Takes Initiative. Good communication Skills.
